Description

HCP-MS : A new reliable and sensitive method to monitor residual HCP in mAb product. Host-cell proteins designate all residual proteins produced by the host specie during mAb production. Monitoring of these proteins is highly critical as they might have serious negative impact on patient. ELISA is currently widely used but faced some high limitations that could endanger analysis accuracy. LC-HRMS established itself as an orthogonal method to provide highly accurate and specific HCP monitoring for drug release.
